Dr. Bob Brown
Dr. Brown is a lifelong resident of Baltimore County. He graduated from Calvert Hall College High School, then obtained BS degrees in Animal Science and Zoology from the University of Maryland, College Park. He obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, located at Virginia Tech. Throughout high school, college, and veterinary school, he worked in small animal practice as a kennel attendant and technician. He has owned Fullerton Animal Hospital since 1995. He is married and has two teenage sons.
Dr. Dianna Burton
A native of Baltimore, Dr. Dianna Burton graduated from Towson High School. She then attended Essex Community College and Towson University where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in biology. Dr. Burton completed her veterinary degree at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, then returned to Baltimore and began practicing veterinary medicine at Fullerton Animal Hospital in 2004. Her professional interests include internal medicine, ultrasonography, pain management and client education. Dr. Burton currently lives in Baltimore with her cat. Her outside interests include relaxing and gardening.
Dr. Cary Labrenz
Dr. Labrenz is a native of Houston, Texas. She attended veterinary school at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine, and completed an internship at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Massachusetts. She joined Fullerton Animal Hospital in 2004. Her family consists of 2 cats, a dog, a tortoise, a husband, and a toddler. Her husband is also a veterinarian, working in the field of pathology.
Dr. Meridith Brand
Dr. Brand was born and raised in Baltimore County. She graduated from high school at Notre Dame Preparatory and Clemson University with a degree in Animal Science. She then went to veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitt’s. She shares her home with two rescued island cats from St. Kitt’s and “Wrigley” a French Bulldog who is in charge of all household operations. In her free time, Dr. Brand enjoys outdoor activities, including the occasional marathon or triathlon, and spending time with her family who live nearby.
Dr. Rachel Kuester
Dr. Kuester grew up in Harford County. After high school, she started working in veterinary hospitals as an assistant and technician for 10 years, the last 3 right here at Fullerton! She completed her undergraduate studies at Harford Community College and Towson University, then attended veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing clinical training at the Ohio State University. She has been at Fullerton since her vet school graduation. Her areas of special interest include behavior, internal medicine, and working with small exotic animals and pocket pets. Dr. Kuester and her husband live in Aberdeen with their dog and a cat.
Dr. Rebecca Fraser
Dr. Fraser-Hand is a graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She attended Elon College prior to veterinary school, where she received a BS in Biology. She enjoys small animal preventative and internal medicine. Dr. Fraser and her husband relocated to the Baltimore area from Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2010. They have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a 2 year old son, and expect another little boy in January, 2012. They enjoy travelling and spending time in Maine during the summer.
