Dr. Bob Brown, a lifelong resident of Baltimore County, leads our team of six experienced veterinarians: .Dr. Dianna Burton, Dr. Cary Labrenz, Dr. Meridith Brand, Dr. Rachel Kuester, and Dr. Rebecca Fraser. The owner of Fullerton Animal Hospital since 1995, Dr. Brown, along with our entire vet team, is committed to treating your pets just like the valued family members that they are. With a team of six veterinarians, our veterinary hospital is able to provide an elevated level of personalized service and attention. We see all pet patients and their guardians promptly, helping you save time without feeling rushed.
In the event of a pet emergency, our emergency animal hospital is where your pet needs to be! We offer 24 hour vet services for urgent and emergency care. If your pet experiences a life-threatening emergency, no appointment is required. Please call our vet clinic to lets us know that you are on the way, and we will have a veterinary care team ready to assist upon arrival.

Our veterinary hospital offers advanced surgical procedures, including laser surgery and endoscopy. Whenever possible, we choose minimally invasive procedures. These advanced
techniques reduce the risk of complications and pain for your pet, while speeding the healing process. We know that any procedure, no matter how “routine”, can be stressful for both pets and their owners. Our emergency vet will fully explain the purpose and process for every procedure with pet owners, answering any questions so you feel confident and comfortable in the treatment choices. Prior to administering anesthesia, we conduct comprehensive blood work. During anesthesia, we closely monitor your pet’s heart rate and vital signs. Following any procedure, our veterinarian works closely with pet owners for follow-up care. Should unexpected complications arise, our 21236 emergency vet team is always ready to assist.
